East Nashville did not get the memo about slow housing markets

MDC general has started a major remodeling project in east Nashville and the property was under contract in less than thirty days. I have seen for sale signs go up and the next day a pending sign on top. Can't believe I am saying this, being from the south side but, it's getting nice over across the river!
